Module 1: Understanding Adversity

In this video, we will define adversity and discuss the many types of adversity a person might face. We will also explore the impact adverse experiences can have on a person throughout their life. Lastly, we will highlight the voices of people from around the state of Virginia who will talk about the importance of understanding adversity.
